Criminal histories are run for Jackson County residents only.

Process

To obtain a criminal history you will need to come to the sheriff's office and complete a consent form. A photo ID and $10 cash or money order are required. The criminal history is run only for the state of Georgia. It takes about 15 to 20 minutes to complete and are ready the same day.
